Kaffee Klatsches and Literary BeersSign-ups for all Kaffee Klatsches and Literary Beers will be at the con; each item has space for nine (eight in the case of co-authors). Check with at the Information Booth after noon on Thursday, August 30 for sign-up sheets. We will be running 4 Kaffee Klatsches at a time, between 11-6 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide free coffee for the attendees (we will provide the writer with coffee). However, the Kaffee Klatsches will be near a place to purchase coffee. If we have more money than anticipated going into the con, we will restore coffee for all. The Kaffee Klatsches will take place in the Overlook Cafe on the third floor of the Convention Center.

sorted by time Literary Beers will take place in the Overlook Bar of the Convention Center. This is on the third floor, just up the stairs from the Registration area. The Overlook Bar, as you've probably guessed, overlooks the Exhibit Hall. Due to the hard work of the CC negotiating team, a selection of good, local beers will be for sale from 3pm-7pm each day. One Literary Beers will run each hour from 3-6, Thur-Sun, and, like the Kaffee Klatsches, require advanced sign-up. |
