This page is mostly about the banquet and awards ceremony, but since the 25th World Fantasy Awards were held in Providence, and since we found a marker that honored H. P. Lovecraft, here it is:

At the banquet, we were treated to some classy background music. I loved the harp!
We kept our guests pretty busy, but we did let them eat:
From left to right, Samuel R. Delany, Robert Silverberg, Leo & Diane
Dillon, Charles de Lint, Patricia McKillip, John M. Ford.
Many of the award recipients were unable to attend, but one who was definitely there was Best Artist Charles Vess.
And Jack Dann, co-winner for Best Anthology.
Editor Ellen Datlow and Kelly Link, who won for her story in Event Horizon.
Finally, here are friends from Pittsburgh, who, after attending the
Nebulas,
found out that they rather enjoyed attending award ceremony banquets.
From the left, that's JJ Walton, Diane Turnshek (who has a story
in Analog in 1999), John Schmid, and Kara Dalkey (who moved
from Pittsburgh a few years back).
