Sephiroth is dressed in his all black battle clothing

Cloud Strife closes one eye and looks at Sephiroth

Cloud Strife says, "Its morning already?"

Sephiroth says, "yes.... time for our first task"

Cloud Strife says, "Uh.. I wanna sleep. I was having a real nice dream...."

Sephiroth says, "really?"

Sephiroth folds his arms

Cloud Strife says, "C'mon... its not often I get to dream .. and be happy"

Cloud Strife sits up and rubs his head.. then straightens his shirt

Sephiroth says, "You'll have time fore that after"

Cloud Strife cracks his back and stands up

Sephiroth says, "Now we have to destroy a reactor"

Sephiroth turns and heads up

Cloud Strife sheathes his sword and follows Sephiroth

Sephiroth stands in the main area, waiting for Cloud

Cloud Strife Walks up to Sephiroth

Cloud Strife says, "don’t I even get breakfast?"

Sephiroth says, "alright"

Sephiroth goes in the back and brings out a covered dish

Sephiroth says, "here"

Cloud Strife eats quickly... knowing that Sephiroth wants to get this done prolly

Sephiroth says, "ok.. let's go. reactor one"

Cloud Strife nods

Sephiroth says, "the mission objective is to destroy the reactor and make it out safely, is that clear?"

Cloud Strife says, "Do I gotta make it out safely?"

Sephiroth says, "yes"

Cloud Strife says, "Aww...."

Sephiroth says, "That is an objective"

Cloud Strife pouts

Sephiroth says, "don't make me have to sling you over and carry you out... cause I will"

Cloud Strife says, "I was hoping to go to Zack as a hero"

Cloud Strife shrugs

Sephiroth says, "you will"

Cloud Strife says, "Fine fine.. I'll stick around"

Sephiroth says, "but destroying one reactor will not make you a hero... destroying ShinRa will]"

Cloud Strife nods

Sephiroth says, "are you ready for battle?"

Cloud Strife says, "I think so... don’t got any battle gear though... just my sword and my will"

Sephiroth nods

Sephiroth says, "that's all you need"

Cloud Strife nods

Cloud Strife says, "I sold my last materia a few weeks ago"

Sephiroth walks out, tossing two pieces of Materia to Cloud

Cloud Strife says, "What are these?"

Sephiroth says, "restore and bolt... unused"

Cloud Strife clicks them into his sword

Sephiroth says, "come on"

Cloud Strife follows Sephiroth

Sephiroth walks out of the place and heads for the trains

Cloud Strife hums to himself as he walks

Sephiroth once up on sector one of the place Sephiroth heads toward Reactor 1

Cloud Strife follows... going into his watchful mode... but still humming quietly to himself

Sephiroth heads in

Sephiroth says, "now... follow me"

Cloud Strife says, "I've been doing it this whole time silly"

Sephiroth grins slightly and walks to the elevator after using his codes to get into the reactor

Sephiroth says, "fools... they never changed the access... it will be their undoing"

Cloud Strife says, "Heh."

Sephiroth walks down into the reactor

Sephiroth says, "I was last in a reactor 5 years ago"

Cloud Strife says, "Oh?"

Sephiroth walks down the catwalk

Cloud Strife says, "That’s... about when Zack died.. you were one of those who..... burned down my town?"

Sephiroth hands Cloud the bomb. gives Cloud a look

Sephiroth says, "set the bomb... we'll talk after"

Cloud Strife sets the bomb. adjusts some wires

Cloud Strife says, "Alright... I’m gonna set the timer"

Sephiroth says, "10 minutes"

Sephiroth folds his arms

Cloud Strife sets the timer for 10 minutes and starts it

Cloud Strife says, "Alright.. lets go"

Sephiroth says, "you first"

Cloud Strife starts to head out of the reactor

Sephiroth follows after him. gets out of the reactor with Cloud and watches it blow

Cloud Strife says, "Wow... can we set it a little longer next time?"

Sephiroth says, "why?"

Cloud Strife says, "We barely got out"

Sephiroth nods. leads Cloud back to the base. walks into the back area and changes

Sephiroth says, "are you hungry?"

Cloud Strife says, "I’m always hungry"

Sephiroth nods and starts to cook

Cloud Strife Watches Sephiroth

Sephiroth comes back out a short time later with a steaming plate

Sephiroth says, "here"

Sephiroth places it in front of Cloud

Cloud Strife smiles and begins to eat

Sephiroth smiles a little himself

Cloud Strife says, "This is real good.. I’m not even gonna ask what it is"

Sephiroth says, "thank you"

Cloud Strife says, "You cook better than.. he did. Although I haven’t had his cooking in so long....."

Sephiroth says, "that is a major complement"

Cloud Strife says, "I guess"

Cloud Strife finishes his plate

Sephiroth says, "now... there was something you were asking back in the reactor?"

Cloud Strife says, "Were you the one... who burnt down my town?"

Sephiroth closes his eyes and sighs

Sephiroth says, "I was in charge of the mission.... but I didn't set the fire. my men did... and after I was so mad I killed them and quit ShinRa ... vowing to destroy it"

Cloud Strife says, "The fire must have burned hot.. I couldn’t find any bodies... I didn’t.. have anything to.. bury"

Sephiroth says, "I'm sorry. This is why ShinRa must be stopped"

Sephiroth opens his eyes

Sephiroth says, "they never even said why they had your town destroyed"

Cloud Strife sighs

Cloud Strife says, "Zack was a draft dodger... but I doubt they even knew he was there"

Sephiroth says, "oh"

Sephiroth takes away the plate once Cloud is done and washes it

Cloud Strife sighs and puts his head on the table

Sephiroth comes back out and places a hand on the back of Cloud's head. fingers his hair

Cloud Strife sniffles softly

Sephiroth says, "Are you going to be alright?"

Cloud Strife says, "yeah... we had so much planned....."

Sephiroth says, "that what happened destroyed you inside?"

Cloud Strife says, "No... you see.. I heard Zack in my head... a few days after... when I was preparing my own death"

Sephiroth says, "oh?"

Cloud Strife says, "He told me to hang in there... that he was just visiting all those dinners I burned.... and we'd be together again someday"

Sephiroth nods. strokes Cloud's hair a few more times till taking his hand away

Cloud Strife says, "Just he didn’t say how long....."

Sephiroth folds his arms again

Sephiroth says, "I see"

Cloud Strife sighs

Sephiroth says, "Now we have a chance to destroy the ShinRa. You should count yourself lucky.... you had a good life once. I had none..."

Cloud Strife says, "I guess...."

Sephiroth says, "I've always been alone... never once have I loved. I never had a family.... no friends either"

Cloud Strife says, "Why not?"

Sephiroth says, "no home"

Sephiroth hangs his head

Sephiroth says, "no one has ever cared about me..."

Cloud Strife says, "aww... no one?"

Sephiroth says, "never"

Cloud Strife says, "That’s sad"

Sephiroth looks back up

Sephiroth says, "yes"

Cloud Strife says, "I hurt a lot... I wanna die all the time....."

Sephiroth says, "why not live?"

Cloud Strife says, "Whose there for me?"

Sephiroth says, "Find some one who makes you happy"

Cloud Strife sighs

Sephiroth walks back into the back area

Cloud Strife says, "No one wants a little punk like me..."

Sephiroth sits down on the floor and leans on the wall

Sephiroth puts his head on his fist

Sephiroth . o O ( you ask who would want you... I would.... )

Cloud Strife fishes in his pocket ... then remembers that Sephiroth took everything

Sephiroth sighs to himself... feeling that he will always be alone

Cloud Strife says, "I wish he hadn’t taken my headphones....."

Cloud Strife begins to sing to himself in a soft Tenor

Sephiroth sniffles and buries his head on his knees as he draws them to his chest... rapping his arms around them

Cloud Strife stands and goes to see what Sephiroth is doing

Sephiroth continues to sniffle...only the silver of his hair visible on his head

Cloud Strife says, "Seph... you okay man?"

Sephiroth looks up a little, his shinning green eyes hard to see from the cover of his arms

Cloud Strife brushes Sephiroth's hair away so he can look at his face

Cloud Strife says, "Are you crying?"

Sephiroth sighs and covers his head back up. sniffles some more

Cloud Strife says, "Why are you crying?"

Sephiroth says, "I'm lonely.... no one will ever want me in the way I want...."

Cloud Strife says, "What do you want?"

Sephiroth says, "love... caring.... what I've never had"

Cloud Strife sits down beside Sephiroth

Cloud Strife says, "I had it... from Zack.. he loved me to death.. but then he had to go"

Sephiroth nods

Cloud Strife says, "I don’t hate you at all you know"

Sephiroth says, "That's why I envy you... you had not just the warm care of a home and at least mother... but a lover. I've had none of those"

Cloud Strife puts his hand on Sephiroth's shoulder

Sephiroth looks up at him. sniffles

Cloud Strife says, "don’t cry... it saddens me...."

Sephiroth says, "I'm sorry"

Cloud Strife says, "Here..."

Cloud Strife hugs Sephiroth

Sephiroth leans into his arms, pulling him into a hug as well

Cloud Strife smiles

Sephiroth says, "thanks"

Cloud Strife says, "you needed it. So did I"

Sephiroth says, "you too?"

Sephiroth looks up at him

Cloud Strife says, "yeah. I dwell in the past too often"

Sephiroth nods

Cloud Strife fixes Sephiroth so he can sit in his lap

Cloud Strife says, "Zack'll hate me... but mebbe I should move on?"

Sephiroth says, "sometimes though.... one must go to the past to find the truth"

Sephiroth smiles a little and looks at Cloud

Sephiroth says, "you should be happy"

Sephiroth strokes his fingers through Cloud's hair

Cloud Strife says, "happy bout what?"

Cloud Strife puts his head on Sephiroth's chest

Sephiroth smiles even more. continues to stroke Cloud's hair

Cloud Strife says, "That feels nice"

Sephiroth says, "I'm glad you like it"

Cloud Strife says, "Think Zack'll hate me for.... being with something else?"

Sephiroth places a hand on Cloud's cheek

Sephiroth says, "I hope not"

Cloud Strife says, "You... know ... I umm... have we even introduced ourselves formally?"

Sephiroth says, "no.... that's odd. I'm Sephiroth"

Cloud Strife says, "Name's Cloud"

Sephiroth smiles

Sephiroth says, "now what?"

Cloud Strife kisses Sephiroth

Sephiroth melts... not having been kissed for a long time. pulls Cloud tightly to him

Cloud Strife keeps the kiss for a time... then pulls away

Cloud Strife says, "You ever been with anyone before?"

Sephiroth says, "yes... but there was no feeling behind it... just lust"

Cloud Strife says, "who was it?"

Sephiroth says, "just some people back when I was in SOLDIER"

Sephiroth places his head on Cloud's shoulder and kisses his neck

Cloud Strife says, "Zack was supposed ta be in soldier"

Sephiroth says, "was he?"

Cloud Strife says, "The Turks were after him an all"

Sephiroth says, "oh... those bunch. ever met any?"

Cloud Strife says, "Well.. the few Zack had a run in when he found me...."

Sephiroth says, "who where those?"

Cloud Strife says, "See the only reason he found me in the jungle... well...was Cuz he was running from them. Dunno... some guy with black hair..."

Sephiroth says, "oh.... that's very lucky. black hair? Tseng...."

Cloud Strife says, "He tripped over me... I got sick.... drank some water... I prolly shouldn’t have"

Sephiroth says, "how badly sick?"

Cloud Strife says, "Sick enough that he had to nurse me back to health. Its sorta how we... figured it out"

Sephiroth says, "at least you got well"

Cloud Strife says, "I still get a little sick now and then... I’m gonna have relapses for the rest of my life he said"

Sephiroth says, "well... I'll watch over you"

Cloud Strife smiles

Sephiroth smiles as well

Cloud Strife says, "But he's gone now... so I guess .. its you and me"

Sephiroth nods and nuzzles his neck

Cloud Strife says, "I’m glad you like me... I’ve been getting pretty down lately"

Sephiroth says, "as have I. been very lonely"

Sephiroth reaches down and kisses him gently

Cloud Strife says, "I didn’t think anyone could see beyond me being scrawny"

Sephiroth says, "'I can. I used to go in for lust.... but that never made me happy... so I care not for it"

Cloud Strife says, "does that mean you don’t wanna do anything?"

Sephiroth says, "not true.... but I it's not the most important thing to me"

Cloud Strife smiles

Cloud Strife says, "Alright. I can be a bit lusty at times.. but I always am genuine"

Sephiroth nuzzles his neck again

Sephiroth says, "caring is what I need"

Cloud Strife says, "Can you teach me to cook? Zack tried"

Sephiroth says, "sure... if you really want to know... but it seems to be a talent"

Cloud Strife says, "I can play a bit of music...not too good though"

Sephiroth says, "well..."

Cloud Strife says, "I had a guitar at my house in Nibelheim"

Sephiroth says, "we should get our rest... tomorrow we hit Reactor number 5"

Cloud Strife says, "Alright. At least I'll have something else to keep me warm"

Sephiroth picks Cloud up as he stands

Sephiroth says, "sure"

Cloud Strife says, "I wanna love you.. like I loved him"

Sephiroth says, "please.... I want to be loved"

Sephiroth carries him off to sleep

Cloud Strife smiles

Cloud Strife says, "love.. never thought I'd hear that word in reference to me again..."

Sephiroth kisses him and goes to sleep, cuddling against him

Cloud Strife smiles and finally falls asleep

Sephiroth wakes up the next morning and looks at the still sleeping Cloud. kisses his cheek gently

Cloud Strife yawns and mumbles something rolling over slightly

Sephiroth cuddles him

Sephiroth says, "you awake?"

Cloud Strife says, "yeah.. I am now"

Sephiroth smiles

Sephiroth says, "ready to destroy reactor 5?"

Cloud Strife says, "Another one?"

Sephiroth says, "yes"

Cloud Strife stretches

Sephiroth says, "you want breakfast?"

Cloud Strife says, "Mm...yeah"

Sephiroth says, "ok"

Sephiroth smiles and gets up from the bed

Cloud Strife says, "You make sure you eat too"

Sephiroth says, "I will"

Sephiroth goes to the kitchen and starts to cook

Cloud Strife gets up and fixes himself... playing with his hair a bit before heading towards the kitchen

Sephiroth dishes the food out for them both

Cloud Strife says, "Sleep well?"

Sephiroth says, "yes... very"

Sephiroth hands him a plate

Sephiroth starts to eat

Sephiroth says, "how did you sleep?"

Cloud Strife says, "Very well"

Sephiroth smiles. finishes the food

Sephiroth washes his plate

Cloud Strife hands Sephiroth his plate... and dries the one he just washed

Sephiroth washes that one as well

Cloud Strife smiles and dries the other plate as well

Cloud Strife says, "So in... set bomb.. and out right?"

Sephiroth nods

Sephiroth says, "that's the plan"

Cloud Strife says, "Alright"

Sephiroth goes off and gets dressed

Cloud Strife picks at his shirt. examines his sword while waiting for Sephiroth

Sephiroth heads to the door

Sephiroth says, "come on... let's get this done"

Cloud Strife nods and follows Sephiroth

Cloud Strife says, "Afterwards we can get to know each other better ... mebbe I can show you my skills... they ain’t too great though"

Sephiroth smiles and nods. a few hours later Sephiroth searches for Cloud who got lost after falling down to sector 5 slums

Cloud Strife rubs his chest.. grumbling softly

Sephiroth says, "Cloud!"

Cloud Strife says, "Seph?"

Sephiroth says, "there you are! you're ok!"

Cloud Strife says, "Yeah... just a lil sore. This girl... she saved me.... ShinRa got her..."

Sephiroth says, "damn it. how? Why?"

Cloud Strife says, "Her name was Aeris... she was working on healing me... and they grabbed her… For some reason materia doesn’t work on me as well as it should"

Sephiroth says, "They have her... we should save her"

Cloud Strife says, "Yeah.."

Sephiroth says, "we need to get up to ShinRa Tower... I think I know the way"

Cloud Strife says, "I broke a couple ribs.... but I’m okay"

Sephiroth nods. leads Cloud up to ShinRa tower

Sephiroth ignores the gawkers and gets in the elevator

Sephiroth remembers which one and pushes the button. uses the key cards he stole off people

Sephiroth stops by the conference room and thinks. heads for the bathroom and jumps up into the duct

Cloud Strife climbs up into the duct after Sephiroth

Sephiroth crawls to the vent and listens to the president of ShinRa talk to the department heads

Cloud Strife tries to squeeze up by Sephiroth so he can hear too

Sephiroth listens to their plans to exploit more mako and about Aeris... the ancient

Cloud Strife says, "she's an ancient?"

Sephiroth says, "yes.... apparently"

Sephiroth backs out of the duct as the meeting ends

Cloud Strife climbs out after Sephiroth

Cloud Strife says, "We gotta get her outta here"

Sephiroth nods

Sephiroth says, "2 floors up I think"

Cloud Strife says, "Alright... lets go"

Sephiroth nods and heads off

Cloud Strife follows Sephiroth

Sephiroth gets up to the lab and sees Hojo... instantly gets mad

Cloud Strife goes over to the tube

Sephiroth watches Hojo scurry off

Aeris Gainsborough pounds on the tube

Cloud Strife says, "how do we get her out?"

Sephiroth says, "Leave that to me"

Sephiroth swings his Masamune at the tube and shatters it

Cloud Strife gets sprayed with bits of whatever the tube is made out of

Aeris Gainsborough leaps out and looks at the two

Aeris Gainsborough smiles

Cloud Strife says, "They didn’t do anything to ya did they?"

Cloud Strife says, "Grr... good... C'mon"

Sephiroth leads them back out of ShinRa tower... killing any guards that get in his way

Cloud Strife says, "He's good isn’t he?"

Aeris Gainsborough says, "very.. never seen anyone fight that well"

Sephiroth says, "I think we should leave Midgar..."

Aeris Gainsborough says, "I've never been out of Midgar"

Cloud Strife says, "And go where?"

Sephiroth says, "I want to go back to Nibelheim... I feel like there is something there that was missed"

Cloud Strife says, "Alright. Though there’s nothing there... just ashes"

Sephiroth says, "what about the Mansion?"

Cloud Strife says, "That’s all that was left standing"

Sephiroth says, "then that is where we are going"

Cloud Strife says, "okay. Though its gonna.. be hard .. since he died there....."

Sephiroth heads out of Midgar

Cloud Strife follows Sephiroth

Sephiroth says, "I know"

Aeris Gainsborough follows them both

Aeris Gainsborough says, "since who died?"

Sephiroth it takes a few weeks of travel but the three finally arrive in Nibelheim

Cloud Strife says, "Its so real.. I almost expect him to jump out from behind something.. and hug me"

Sephiroth heads toward the mansion

Cloud Strife follows Sephiroth... looking around almost dazedly

Aeris Gainsborough follows the others cause she's got nothing else better to do

Sephiroth finds his way down the secrete stairs and into the library

Sephiroth looks around at the books

Cloud Strife says, "look it all the books"

Cloud Strife takes one off of a shelf and flips through it

Sephiroth looks at a book.... his brow furrowing

Cloud Strife says, "What’s this thing.. they are talking about? Jenova?"

Sephiroth says, "Jenova...."

Aeris Gainsborough says, "Jenova? The destroyer of the ancients?"

Sephiroth walks away from the other two... his head down low

Cloud Strife says, "Seph?"

Sephiroth says, "let me be alone for now"

Sephiroth goes back to his reading

Cloud Strife looks at Aeris

Cloud Strife says, "I’m gonna stay here with him... He looks upset"

Aeris Gainsborough nods

Aeris Gainsborough says, "I'm going to the inn and laying down"
