Cloud Strife wakes up... and feels that Sephiroth is awful cold

Cloud Strife says, "Seph?"

Cloud Strife shakes him

Sephiroth flicks his eyes open. his eyes still have that empty and distant look

Cloud Strife says, "Seph.. your so cold and pale.."

Sephiroth says, "I have no blood"

Cloud Strife caresses his cheek... trying to get at least a small spark of life in him

Sephiroth says, "Mother called to me..."

Cloud Strife Frowns

Sephiroth says, "mother has me"

Cloud Strife continues to caress Sephiroth's cheek..... hoping that he will snap out of it

sephiroth closes his eyes again

Cloud Strife sighs and draws away... unsure of what else he can do

Cloud Strife says, "Seph?"

sephiroth opens an eye

Cloud Strife says, "Do you still want me... if not I'll leave"

sephiroth says, "want?"

Cloud Strife says, "Want to be with me?"

sephiroth says, "mother has me"

Cloud Strife says, "I guess... that means no"

sephiroth closes his eye again. gets up from the couch

Cloud Strife sighs and watches Sephiroth

sephiroth says, "mother has me.. this is nothing..."

sephiroth touches his chest

Cloud Strife says, "Fine... I'll go then"

Cloud Strife goes and steals one of Rufus' shirts... figuring he doesn't use them that often

sephiroth says, "go? where are you going?"

Cloud Strife says, "You don't want me... so Im gonna go get killed or something"

sephiroth says, "did I say want or not?"

Cloud Strife sits back down

sephiroth says, "I am gone... you are here"

Cloud Strife says, "Why stay if you don't want me? It just hurts"

sephiroth says, "I'm not here... I want... but I'm gone"

Cloud Strife sighs

Cloud Strife says, "Seph! Your bleeding again"

Cloud Strife gets up

Cloud Strife says, "I gotta go.. this is too much for me.... its making me feel miserable and I'm gonna be the next one slitting my wrists"

Cloud Strife blinks

sephiroth says, "now you shall see..."

sephiroth lifts up his arms up... the red part of his skin hardening. produces flames in his hands

Cloud Strife shivers

Cloud Strife says, "Seph?"

sephiroth turns his head to him

sephiroth says, "yes?"

Cloud Strife says, "What's going on?"

sephiroth says, "my power...."

Cloud Strife Shakes his head

sephiroth places his hands together, forming a fire ball

Cloud Strife says, "You gonna kill me?"

sephiroth says, "no"

Cloud Strife says, "Please do"

sephiroth walks out of the house.... and sets fire to a tree

Cloud Strife says, "this is all my fault"

Cloud Strife puts his head in his hands

sephiroth starts to laughs... becoming surrounded by the flames

Cloud Strife says, "why am I such a failure......."

sephiroth says, "this has nothing to do with you"

Cloud Strife shakes his head. sheathes his sword and leaves the house... heading roughly towards Midgar

Sephiroth raises into the air above Cloud and winds up landing before him

Cloud Strife blinks

sephiroth says, "why are you leaving?"

Cloud Strife says, "What's there for me here Seph?"

Cloud Strife steps around Sephiroth and keeps walking

sephiroth raises up into the air

Cloud Strife glances back over his shoulder to see if sephiroth is still following him

sephiroth is staring down at Cloud from above him. has huge red and black wings

sephiroth says, "heh heh"

Cloud Strife falls over when he sees this

sephiroth lands back down by Cloud. folds up his wings and looks at his body... where there had been cutes there are now red bands

Cloud Strife shivers

sephiroth says, "what is wrong?"

Cloud Strife Backs away

Cloud Strife says, "I.. I "

sephiroth takes a step forward

Cloud Strife closes his eyes

sephiroth says, "open your eyes and look upon me"

Cloud Strife looks at Sephiroth

sephiroth says, "do you see?"

Cloud Strife says, "I see you've turned in to some sort of monster"

sephiroth says, "I can change at will"

sephiroth closes his eyes and in a flash he looks normal again. picks Cloud up

sephiroth says, "Cloud...."

Cloud Strife looks at Sephiroth

sephiroth says, "you said it didn't matter what I was"

Cloud Strife says, "but you don't care"

sephiroth says, "why do you say that?"

Cloud Strife says, "You're not right... You're... empty somehow"

Sephiroth says, "mother took me"

Cloud Strife says, "And there's nothin left for Cloud"

sephiroth says, "come to mother then"

Cloud Strife says, "How? Where?"

sephiroth says, "I will take you"

Cloud Strife says, "Fine... "

sephiroth transforms back to what he was before. places a hand in the middle of Cloud's chest

Cloud Strife says, "Seph.. I did love ya... just so you know.... but that don't mean anything now"

sephiroth grabs hold of something.... and yanks

Cloud Strife cries out

sephiroth tears it from Cloud's body, but appears to be holding nothing

Cloud Strife feels an immense searing pain... and then nothing

sephiroth says, "to mother I send you"

Cloud Strife blinks

sephiroth moves his hand in a strange manor, then looks down at Cloud

sephiroth says, "it is done"

Cloud Strife blinks again

Cloud Strife says, "I feel so empty"

sephiroth says, "you are with mother"

sephiroth sets Cloud down

sephiroth says, "we must go destroy ShinRa"

Cloud Strife says, "Mother?"

sephiroth says, "Jenova"

Cloud Strife says, "What happens now?"

sephiroth says, "we destroy ShinRa"

sephiroth picks him back up and spreads his wings. flies off for Midgar. lands near Kalm

sephiroth says, "now..."

sephiroth raises up his hand and forms a ball of fire

Cloud Strife watches

sephiroth points it at the small town of Kalm and fires it

Cloud Strife says, "Why... they are not the target?"

sephiroth says, "mother ordered it"

sephiroth watches the city burn and hears the screams of people caught in the flames

sephiroth says, "come on.... time to go to Midgar"

sephiroth spreads his wings

Zack says, "Cloud!"

Sephiroth spins around

Zack says, "What the hell is that thing? I leave you alone for five years and I find you a Satanist or something"

sephiroth chuckles to himself

Cloud Strife says, "Zack?"

Zack says, "Give back what you took from him"

Sephiroth says, "I have nothing"

Zack says, "You took the kid's soul... I expect you to give it back... or get it back"

Sephiroth says, "mother has it"

Zack goes over to Cloud

Zack says, "I did expect you to try and find someone... just not this...."

Sephiroth says, "Jenova..."

Sephiroth walks to Zack, folding his wings

Zack puts his arms around Cloud protectively

Sephiroth says, "Jenova has him"

Zack says, "Im not gonna let her keep him"

Sephiroth turns from them and flies off to Midgar

Sephiroth says, "ShinRa must be destroyed first"

Cloud Strife tries to follow but is held fast by Zack

Sephiroth hovers over Midgar and holds up his hands... darkness surrounding himself and the city. lowers his hands and points it at Midgar.... forming a strange green-glowing barrier around it

Zack pins Cloud to his chest and hopes he can save the kid

sephiroth says, "it is done.... The city now belongs to mother... *lands back by Zack and Cloud*"

Cloud Strife blinks

sephiroth looks at the city as something very odd happens inside the barrier

Zack wonders if there's anything he can do to break the barrier

sephiroth says, "They all belong to mother now"

sephiroth closes his eyes and hangs his head.... then falls to the ground

Cloud Strife says, "Seph?"

Zack says, "Shh... sweetie.. Im gonna take you away from here.. until we can figure out how to get you back. I know you missed me... and had a tough time"

sephiroth does not move

Cloud Strife Tries to squirm out of Zack's arms to go to Sephiroth

Zack sighs and lets Cloud go

Cloud Strife shakes Sephiroth

sephiroth is laying with his back up.... wings rather folded across them. still doesn't move as he is shook

Cloud Strife says, "Is he dead?"

Zack shrugs and picks Cloud up

Zack says, "Don't know... but we are getting out of here... Till I can figure out what to do with you"

sephiroth still doesn't move

Zack slings the boy over his shoulder

Zack says, "Well... we'll take you someplace... as far as we can get from here... and have someone baby-sit you while I fix all this"

Zack begins to walk.. wishing he had permission to use his wings
