Cloud Strife looks at the open door

Jessie drags Cloud and Rufus back to their rooms, and locks the doors

Rufus Shinra wants to cry.. but can't. leans his head into his arms... wishing he was dead

Jessie sighs and thinks. takes Rufus to Cloud's room

Cloud Strife picks up the candle he has lit.... and shoves some blankets towards the door. hides the candle

Zack scrubs at himself..... sobbing heavily

Alena Sadiren wishes she could of helped Zack

Cloud Strife ties a piece of cloth around Rufus's face... so he can breathe if it gets too bad

Sephiroth leans in the door to the shower... still naked

Alena Sadiren saw Seph go in the shower

Zack sniffles

Alena Sadiren struggles and gets up off the couch and heads for the showers

Sephiroth goes to Zack

Cloud Strife wonders if he should douse the fire

Alena Sadiren grabs Sephiroth and drags him out of the shower

Zack grabs a towel and wraps it around himself.... then goes back to his bedroom. dresses and curls up on his side to stare off into space

Rufus Shinra coughs as he breathes in the smoke

Cloud Strife says, "hope they smell the smoke..... I put out soon..."

Jessie unlocks Cloud and Rufus' door. opens it

Rufus Shinra passes out from the smoke

Cloud Strife slings Rufus over his shoulder and rushes the door

Jessie says, "Shit!!"

sephiroth sighs and sits in the corner of the padded room

Cloud Strife growls and punches at Jessie

Rufus Shinra gets a lung full of smoke from being in the door frame. coughs violently

Alena Sadiren runs and blocks the front door, being downstairs

Rufus Shinra starts breathing again... but stops when he throws up a second time

Alena Sadiren does CRP on Rufus yet again... turns Rufus on his side

Cloud Strife weakly tries to bite Jessie

Jessie gives Cloud a tranquilizer

Cloud Strife fights a bit more before falling asleep. growls in his sleep

Rufus Shinra throws up a few more times

Alena Sadiren says, "Hey Jessie.."

Alena Sadiren signs out and leaves

Jessie takes Cloud and Rufus back to their rooms. locks the door. thinks they should open a window to help clear the rest of the smoke out..

Rufus Shinra is very sick... though no one seems to notice

Cloud Strife is unconscious.. cant see anything

Rufus Shinra is in his room... on his bed... away from Cloud... out cold

Jessie unlocks the door and walks back in to open the window. looks at Cloud and Rufus. notices Rufus looks pale. Walks out again.

Rufus Shinra shivers slightly in his sleep.. still has his face coated in vomit

Cloud Strife is on the floor.. twitching in his sleep. wakes up and sits up groggily. gets up and weebles to the bed...

Cloud Strife goes into the bathroom and gets some towels ... wetting one... then returns to Rufus and starts to clean him up. croons worriedly as he works... noting Rufus' paleness

Cloud Strife goes back into the room and sits in a corner.... staring blankly into space

Rufus Shinra tries not to look at his own body and goes to sit next to Cloud

Cloud Strife rocks back and forth... whimpering softly

Rufus Shinra says, "Cloud... I gave up my peaceful oblivion to stay here with you.... I need you to hear me...."

Cloud Strife puts his head in his hands and mumbles about how he can still hear Rufus' voice

Cloud Strife says, "I will kill him"

Rufus Shinra nuzzles his neck

Cloud Strife reaches out and feels the strangely solid haze.. which is beginning to take on a more definite form

Hana unlocks the door and enters the room to check on Cloud and Rufus

Rufus Shinra says, "you could barely...."

Hana peers at Cloud in the corner... then checks on the rather still form on the bed

Hana says, "oh my..."

Hana feels for a pulse

Hana says, "This is not good....."

Rufus Shinra looks at Hana... knowing she can't see him... and tries not to look at his own body

Hana says, "how long has he been dead?"

Cloud Strife remains silent

Hana sighs

Cloud Strife says, "about a half hour...."

Rufus Shinra says, "really? hmmm"

Hana says, "too late to try and save him then.... suppose I ought to report this... I'm going to get fired.. this happened on my shift.... I suppose I can pin the blame on you though......"
