Flynn soars around the top of the mansion in a circle before landing on all fours, his head bowed, next to Edea.

Edea Kramer says, "You're late..."

Flynn says, "[forgive me mother but I was hungry and raided some food. I also smelled a mew... but, it was in the same area with at least 2 SeeDs and you told me not to engage them yet.]"

Edea Kramer says, "Yes, our time is not yet come, shortly though..."

Flynn nods his head and slowly looks up at her.

Edea Kramer says, "first we will capture the last of the mystical birds, and it has been spotted in the northern wastelands."

Flynn says, "[yes mother.]"

Flynn rises to two feet, swaying his tail.

Flynn says, "[What is your command?]"

Edea Kramer says, "I want you to tell me all that happened in your encounter with the SeeD."

Flynn says, "[they were on a train near Timber. One of them spoke to me as a Flareon. I broke into the train to get food. They seemed to regard me as nothing more then a previously unknown Pokémon.]"

Edea Kramer says, "good."

Flynn says, "[anything more you wish to know?]"

Edea Kramer says, "no, that will be good for now."

Flynn bows his head, standing there as he waits for some new instruction from his mother.

Edea Kramer says, "I want you to prepare for a trip to the northern wastelands, I want that Articuno in my control soon, include a complement of fire and electric Pokémon."

Flynn nods.

Flynn says, "[yes mother. There are both Raichu and Charizards easily at your disposal. I shall gather them.]"

Edea Kramer says, "See that you do."

Flynn says, "[I have never failed you... and I never shall as long as I live.]"

Edea Kramer gives a slight smile at that.

Edea Kramer says, "Yes, you never cease to please."

Flynn says, "[It is why I'm here... to please you mother.]"

Flynn starts to head off to gather the other Pokémon, scratching a hand down his beak.

Edea Kramer calls her Moltres over, which sits on a perch by her throne and pets it.

The Moltres caws happily.

Edea Kramer says, "soon my son, we will recreate the world in our image and you will rule by my side..."

The bird goes about preening, seeming to ignore the discomfort of its collar.

Edea Kramer smiles as she watches Flynn walk off.

Flynn comes back after a short time, holding a belt of pokeballs between his paws.

Flynn says, "[here they are mother.]"

Edea Kramer says, "Thank you my son."

Edea Kramer smiles as she takes the belt.

Flynn nods his head as he hands it to her.

Flynn says, "[now what do you wish of me?]"

Edea Kramer says, "rest now, soon you will get your chance to prove yourself to the humans."

Flynn nods.

Flynn says, "[yes mother.]"

Flynn flaps his wings and alights up on a tall perch to sleep for a time.

Edea Kramer watches Flynn as he sleeps and smiles, thinking of what is to come.

The Zapdos flutters its wings on its perch.

Flynn purrs in his sleep.

Edea Kramer says, "my little one... my baby, you serve me so faithfully, and shall be rewarded for your faithfulness, yes..."

Flynn 's long tail hangs down from his perch, swaying back and forth like a long cat's tail with a tuft of feathers at the end.

Edea Kramer says, "you shall serve at my right hand for all eternity..."

Flynn 's purring is loud enough for his mother to hear as he sleeps.

Edea Kramer smiles as she listens to the purring. Continues to pet the Moltres absently.

The Moltres caws happily some more and keeps low to be petted.

Edea Kramer inspects the belt on her lap, nodding in approval at the Pokémon Flynn chose. Smiles darkly.

Edea Kramer says, "Soon, my dear Articuno, you will be mine. And then the world shall bow at my feet as I bring the Mew under my control...."

Flynn continues to purr.

The Moltres falls asleep at Edea's feet.

Flynn's ears perk up as someone walks onto the platform.

Man says, "sorceress Edea...."

Edea Kramer says, "What is it?"

Man says, "When will you be ready to make your announcement?"

Edea Kramer says, "After I have that Articuno."

Man says, "yes sorceress *he bows*"

Flynn stands up on all fours, one front paw gripping the edge of the perch as he looks down at them.

Edea Kramer says, "You may go."

Flynn continues to watch as the man goes, then cocks his head a little in bird fashion to look at his mom.

Edea Kramer looks up at her son and smiles.

Flynn nods his head to his mom.

Edea Kramer says, "soon my son, soon..."

Flynn says, "[yes mother.]"

Flynn glides down from his perch to sit beside her.

Edea Kramer smiles as she watches Flynn, remember when he was younger.

Flynn leans next to his mom and starts to fall back asleep.

--- Flash back to a very young Flynn----

Flynn trips over his wings, unsure what to do with them, and not that big yet.

Edea Kramer smiles at her son and picks him up.

Edea Kramer says, "You ok little one?"

Flynn clings to his mom and instantly starts to purr.

Flynn says, "[yes mommy. Trying to get my wings to work.]"

Edea Kramer smiles wider.

Edea Kramer says, "don't worry, you'll get it, I'm sure of it."

Flynn nods.

Flynn says, "[they don't want to work yet.]"

Flynn continues to purr as he sways his tail.

Edea Kramer checks his wings and preening them for him, fixing a few disturbed ones.

Flynn purrs louder and closes his eyes, putting his head to her chest as he purrs happily.

Edea Kramer continues to smile, loving the way Flynn always purrs in her arms.

Flynn is disturbed only when an explosion rocks the castle.

Edea Kramer looks in the direction of the blast.

Flynn squawks cause it was very loud and climbs up onto her back and clings there as shouting is heard.

Edea Kramer quickly makes her way to throne room, the most secure room in the castle as footstep are heard.

Flynn says, "[what's happening mommy?]"

Flynn pokes his head up onto her shoulder.

Edea Kramer says, "don't worried sweetie, nothings going to happen."

Flynn says, "[what was that noise?]"

Flynn stays on her back as he hears sounds of fighting.

Edea Kramer says, "That was the bad men."

Flynn says, "[hurt?]"

Edea Kramer says, "don't worry, mommy won't let them get you."

Flynn climbs back into her arms as the sounds stop.

Edea Kramer makes it to the throne room and waits for news.

Flynn is sitting on his mom's lap as Sphynsaur comes lumbering in telling Ultimecia that the SeeD attack has been destroyed.

Edea Kramer says, "Good, try not to let something like this happen again."

Flynn watches Sphynix walk out before he looks back up at his mom.

Edea Kramer smiles down at Flynn.

Flynn says, "[what happened mommy?]"

Edea Kramer says, "SeeD tried to separate us. Kurse all SeeDs."

Flynn says, "[what are they going to do?]"

Flynn rubs his head up against her.

Edea Kramer says, "nothing, I won't let them do anything to us."

Flynn nods and goes back to affectionately rubbing his head against his mom.

Edea Kramer strokes Flynn's back and wings.

Flynn purrs very loudly.

Flynn says, "[I love you mommy.]"

Edea Kramer says, "and I love you my little baby..."

Edea Kramer leans down and kisses his head.

Flynn purrs closing his eyes as he feels the soft kiss through his fur.

Edea Kramer says, "it's time for you to going to bed now."

Flynn says, "[yes mommy.]"

Flynn lets out a yawn.

Edea Kramer picks him up and heads elsewhere in the castle, final arriving at and climbing a tower.

Flynn yawns sleepily as he cuddles against his mom, still purring.

Edea Kramer heads into Flynn's room and lays him under the covers, kissing his forehead as she tucks him in.

Edea Kramer says, "Sleep well my little one."

Flynn purrs very haply, curling his wings and tail around himself.

Flynn says, "[you too mommy.]"

Edea Kramer stays seated on the bed as she hums a song for him.

Flynn falls asleep rather quickly, still purring.

----- Flash back to another point----

Flynn perches on all fours, gripping the rails as he looks over at Sphynxuar, by the main door.

Edea Kramer stands by Flynn, watching as well.

Flynn looks over at his mom, gripping the bar with his tail.

Edea Kramer looks back smiling.

Flynn jumps down off the bar, not tumbling down to the floor but landing on his back legs next to his mom.

Edea Kramer says, "ready?"

Flynn says, "[yes mom.]"

Flynn bows his head to her.

Edea Kramer backs up a bit as she nods to Sphinx, who opens the door much to the surprise of the SeeD gathered outside.

Flynn spreads his wings wide, ready for an actually battle... having trained before with the guardians.

Edea Kramer bites her lip as the SeeD charge in and attack.

Flynn flies down to meat them, ripping with his claws and cawing. Pecks them with his sharp beak as well, sending some to death quite quickly before they realize he's a Pokémon and start to shift.

Edea Kramer smiles as the first SeeD go down.

Flynn uses some of his Psi powers on the pokeform SeeDs, noting that one of them is a Raichu.

Edea Kramer notes that as well.

Edea Kramer says, "be careful of the Raichu."

Flynn takes on the Raichu, nodding to his mom and Squawking in anger as a thundershock hits him. Counters with a swipe of his claws and a Psi attack.

Edea Kramer bites her lip as the Raichu tries a Thunderwave on Flynn.

Flynn manages not to become paralyzed and does another claw swipe at the Raichu.

Edea Kramer lets out a sigh even as the Raichu uses it's swift attack, looking rather worse for wear.

Flynn stumbles back a second then charges up a GF ability, looking up to his mom to see if it's ok since it will damage some of the room as well.

Edea Kramer nods.

Flynn flies up and lets out a screech before unleashing his own version of the shockwave pulsar on the little Raichu.

Edea Kramer smirks as the wide-eyed Raichu is turned to dust.

Flynn 's blast also damages the floor, but hurts and even kills the remaining SeeDs there was well.

Edea Kramer says, "very good."

Flynn purrs as he flies up next to his mom, some of his feathers and fur singed.

Flynn says, "[we have won mother.]"

Edea Kramer says, "good."

Flynn starts to preen, taking care of the damaged feathers.

Edea Kramer moves closer to Flynn.

Edea Kramer says, "Here, let me see."

Flynn licks at a small patch on his fur that's bleeding a little before looking up at his mom and nodding.

Flynn says, "[ok mom.]"

Edea Kramer looks over Flynn's body, using her magic on the wounds and preening his wings and tail.

Flynn closes his eyes and purrs loudly at his mom's attentions.

Flynn says, "[I feel better now mother.]"

Edea Kramer says, "I'm glad."

Flynn says, "[will they still come back?]"

Edea Kramer says, "they will try, but they won't succeed."

Flynn nods.

Flynn says, "[I will protect you mom... keep them away.]"

Edea Kramer says, "thank you."

Flynn says, "[My purpose is to protect and serve you mother.]"

Edea Kramer smiles and caresses Flynn's check.

Flynn purrs as he leans into his mom.

Edea Kramer puts her arm around Flynn and leads him away from the scene.

Flynn follows after his mom happily.

Edea Kramer smiles as she looks at Flynn, running her hand through Flynn's head fur.

Flynn purrs, sleeping even as he rubs his head up against his mom's hand.
