Reno is lying, his eyes closed, on Cloud's chest. Moves his head a little on Cloud's chest

Cloud Strife says, "He...got some kinda fever in the jungle. I think Rufus gave it to him... He's blind and deaf now..."

Reno keeps his head on Cloud's chest

Cloud Strife puts a pair of sunglasses on Reno.. even though his got kinda lost on the whole boat ride thing

Reno runs his fingers through Cloud's hair

Reno says, "I just hope no one manages to smell like you and have the same hair cut Cloud ...."

Reno says, "I might not be able to tell the difference for a while if they come near me"

Barret Wallace laughs heartily

Reno says, "oh ... hard to explain .. first thing I noticed was everyone has their own smell to them. for some it is very strong .. others very weak"

Reno says, "I guess I don't have to worry about you slipping into a coma"

Cloud Strife holds Reno close...and plays with his hair

Barret Wallace heads towards the bar. buys some sort of alcohol drink. runs back down and barges back into the room. walks to Cloud. hands the booze to him

Cloud Strife takes the cap off and moves it under Reno's nose

Reno says, "Yum"

Reno reaches his hands out

Cloud Strife gently presses the bottle into Reno's hands... but keeps his own on it so he doesn't spill it on himself

Reno sits up and starts to drink

Cid Highwind walks into the room a little upset

Reno continues to drink

Reno says, "ahhh"

Reno moves the bottle away from his lips

Barret Wallace looks over his shoulder

Reno lies back down

Cloud Strife takes Reno's hand and writes "Better?" on it

Reno kisses, his sightless eyes blinking. moves his hands down Cloud's sides

Reno smiles. stroke's Cloud's back gently

Cloud Strife holds Reno close.. and begins to sob... because he knows how hard things are going to be for them in the future

Reno touches Cloud's cheek

Reno says, "you're crying ...."

Cloud Strife sobs weakly

Reno says, "I know I can't hear you ... but you can talk to me all the same"

Cloud Strife holds Reno and cries...

Reno runs his fingers down Cloud's back

Cloud Strife says, "Reno... what am I gonna do for us? You must be so miserable like that....."

Reno touches Cloud's cheek .. feeling the tears on his hand

Cloud Strife says, "You're gonna live the rest of your life in a dark and soundless hell"

Reno gently caresses Cloud's cheek

Reno traces his lips and kisses him again

Cloud Strife says, "You're never gonna hear my voice again.... never gonna.... see me smile... won't even be able to hear me moan.. when you....."

Cloud Strife presses against Reno.... sobbing miserably

Reno brushes his hand through Cloud's hair. blinks his sightless eyes, feeling the air being squeezed off by Cloud

Cloud Strife says, "Stupid Turk.. why'd you have to follow me..... why'd you have to stop me from drinking myself to death in that bar?"

Cloud Strife looses his grip on Reno a bit

Reno says, "Thanks love .. you were cutting of my air"

Cloud Strife sobs himself to sleep.. holding Reno in a near death-grip

Reno holds Cloud, realizing he feel asleep after a while
