Reno places his fingers to Cloud's voice box

Cloud Strife says, "*very slowly* Reno.. Im not gonna be around for a while to hold you.. what are you gonna do?"

Reno says, "I felt my name ..."

Cloud Strife sighs

Reno says, "what is it love?"

Cloud Strife takes one of Reno's hands... and writes what he is saying as he says it... taking his time

Reno feels Cloud write

Cloud Strife says, "*Writing* Reno.... I have to leave.. shortly... I can feel it ... what are you going to do?"

Reno says, "I'll be sad .. and feel alone .... but, I know you have too"

Cloud Strife continues

Cloud Strife says, "*Writing* I will tell everyone.. that they should do this with you... soon you'll be able to understand everything.. as long as they talk slow"

Reno says, "yes ... but .. what about those who can't do this?"

Cloud Strife says, "*Writing* They will have to learn"

Reno says, "yes"

Reno leans his head on Cloud

Reno says, "Cloud, tell me the truth, do you think there is any hope of you living to make it back to me?"

Cloud Strife sighs

Cloud Strife says, "*Writing* Probably not Reno... but please... hang on for at least a month... in case.... it may take longer than expected"

Reno says, "I understand, but .. if you die ... I'll have no reason to live"

Cloud Strife chuckles

Reno rubs him gently

Reno can't tell what Cloud is saying now that his hands are busy. continues to rub him

Cloud Strife wraps his arms around Reno, and kisses him deeply, hating himself because he is going to have to leave

Reno takes his hands out and raps around Cloud, kissing him deeply

Red XIII runs in

Red XIII says, "Cloud .. something awful ...."

Cloud Strife says, "Mrph?"

Cloud Strife pulls away from Reno slightly

Red XIII looks down

Cloud Strife says, "Well.. we are leaving Scarlett and Tifa behind...."

Cloud Strife puts a reassuring arm around Reno

Reno smiles, leaning into Cloud

Reno says, "yes .. to save people... who's going to talk to me and feed me?"

Cloud Strife says, "Tifa... this is a bit much to ask... but can you and Scarlett look after Reno?"

Tifa Lockheart says, "I don't get to go with you?"

Cloud Strife says, "Fewer people the better Tifa... more people means more blackmail tokens..... and more deaths...."

Reno moves his hand out, his sightless eyes seeming to search
