Reno is breathing slowly in Cloud's arms, his body becoming cold and pale .....

Cloud Strife has a very grim look on his face.....

Reno is very limp

Cloud Strife finds a safe spot and sets Reno down....

Cloud Strife says, "Reno... if you die now..... I don't know what's gonna happen....."

Reno looks peaceful though .. as he lays there, breathing slowly

Cloud Strife looks very frustrated .... as if he wanted to just walk away and leave Reno here. kneels down with Reno and holds him in his arms

Cloud Strife says, "Do you really want to sleep forever?"

Cloud Strife sighs and pushes himself into one of Reno's dreams to see what is truly going on

Cloud Strife folds his arms across his chest

Reno says, "Darkness .. this prison of silence ...."

Reno lays down

Cloud Strife wonders if he should interact (should he?)

Reno says, "this hell from which there is only one true escape (he can)"

Cloud Strife walks over to Reno and looks down at him

Reno looks up

Reno says, "do you know how it feels to be trapped?"

Reno sees Cloud as part of his dream

Cloud Strife says, "I did spend five years as a guinea pig ..... if that counts"

Reno says, "but you escaped .. it was easy for you to escape you prison. mine has only one true escape ...."

Cloud Strife says, "Its the reason I'm so mental..... and I wouldn't have escaped without help... Reno.... do you really want to leave me?"

Reno says, "I'm scared .. I've never known fear before ......"

Cloud Strife says, "Think about what will happen to me Reno...."

Reno says, "You know you are not going to live .. *still thinks he is talking to a dream ...* that's why you left me there"

Reno sits, drawing his knees to his chest

Cloud Strife says, "I left because I was angry and was afraid I might have hurt you....."

Reno says, "pain comes from being alone ... nothing hurts worse then that ... and I'm so lonely here"

Cloud Strife says, "I won't leave you alone Reno.... but I can't take you where it's dangerous.... what must I do?"

Reno says, "I don't want to be a burden. I spent my life being able to stand on my own ..."

Cloud Strife says, "You aren't a burden..... not to me....I love you"

Reno says, "why did you walk away?"

Cloud Strife shifts his stance

Cloud Strife says, "Reno.. you ever seen me really angry? Usually I can keep it in check"

Reno says, "did you not know I was on the edge? I had to joke to keep it from snapping"

Cloud Strife says, "You and me both Reno....."

Reno rocks back and forth

Reno says, "I can't get out of my prison. The prison of darkness .. and of silence. I feel like I'm trapped in a box .. buried deep in the ground"

Cloud Strife says, "Do you want me to let you sleep Reno....?"

Reno says, "........"

Reno isn't sure

Reno says, "you said it would have been better if I had ... I remember ....."

Cloud Strife says, "Reno... I said it because.. I don't want to see you suffer. If you want to be let go.... I will.... but there are going to be consequences for the others... ones I bear not to think of....."

Reno says, "suffer .. my prison is suffering ...you are the only thing that keeps me around .. stops the suffering of this hell for a while ..."

Cloud Strife says, "Reno.. tell me what to do and I will.... do you want to stay with me.... or die?"

Reno closes his eyes

Reno says, "I do not know .... if I was sure of death I would have drunken the whole thing at once ... Cloud .... the only good thing I have left ...."

Cloud Strife sits down beside Reno

Reno says, "Sleep .. so peaceful ....."

Cloud Strife says, "Do you want to sleep forever Reno? "

Reno holds his knees

Reno says, "part of me does .... it says you are not going to live ...."

Cloud Strife says, "Reno.. do you know the absolute RAGE that is building inside me?"

Reno says, "no"

Reno still thinks Cloud is a part of his dream

Cloud Strife says, "Anger anger anger anger... because I failed you..... because I failed Junon, Gold Saucer, and Kalm....."

Reno says, "Rufus is out there .. waiting"

Cloud Strife says, "I have to save you first.... if you want to be saved"

Reno says, "If he kills you .. as you think he will .. I don't want to wake up....."

Cloud Strife says, "Reno... he won't"

Reno says, "I was a Turk ... I know when people do not believe what they say ...."

Cloud Strife says, "put some faith in me"

Reno says, "you lack faith in yourself.... I can feel that"

Cloud Strife says, "I have to learn. Much as I must learn to be patient with you"

Reno lays on the ground

Reno says, "dreams are strange ....."

Cloud Strife says, "What do you mean?"

Reno says, "they say strange things ... do you really want me to live? My soul feels torn .. as if it is dying slowly ... "

Cloud Strife says, "Reno.. we have a vacation to take together.... remember?"

Reno says, "I know ... "

Cloud Strife says, "Its not gonna be much without you... more like just an insane bloodshed as I go berserk and kill people... I'm that close you know"

Reno says, "why?"

Cloud Strife says, "I'm that close to cracking. If I crack with this much rage in me.... I pity anyone who is close...."

Reno says, "why would you crack? I think I already have ...."

Cloud Strife says, "I would crack because I love you stupid... If you die.... god help the world....."

Reno says, "It was stored at Turk HQ ... which was destroyed last year ...."

Cloud Strife says, "So what do I do... sit helpless and let you die....."

Reno says, "if that's what you wish ..."

Reno says, "I don't know. what counters poison? "

Cloud Strife says, "antidote.... "

Reno says, "that will not work on a Turk ...."

Cloud Strife says, "Star pendant doesn't let you get poisoned... doesn't let you cure it.... I'm gonna make you wear one of those damned things for the rest of your life if you live!"

Reno says, "not unless it was specific to the poison"

Cloud Strife says, "Damn it Reno...."

Reno looks at Cloud

Cloud Strife grabs Reno by the collar

Cloud Strife laughs strangely.....

Reno chuckles

Reno says, "my dreams are funny ...."

Reno closes his eyes

Cloud Strife says, "I'm really here Reno... What shall I do with you? How long do you have left?"

Reno says, "I'm getting really cold ... you should listen to my heart ...."

Cloud Strife says, "Is there anything I can do Reno?"

Reno says, "I don't know ... maybe you should think of something"

Cloud Strife says, "Grr..."

Reno is still laying there

Cloud Strife opens his eyes

Cloud Strife says, "Damn it Reno...."

Reno breathing very slowly

Cloud Strife says, "I don't have a heart and lung machine... what do I do...."

Cloud Strife feels for Reno's pulse

Cloud Strife says, "Rufus will pay for what he's done to you..... then I myself will pay... I did this all to you... Abandoned you... Led you into hell... you got sick because of my bad temper... You wouldn't be this way if it wasn't for me...."

Reno is cold and pale due to his pulse rate

Cloud Strife closes his eyes and listens to his inner self screaming for vengeance

Reno did not want to by laying on the ground

Cloud Strife picks Reno up and cradles him

Cloud Strife says, "My love... my only love.... don't leave me like this......"

Cloud Strife rocks Reno slightly..... feeling himself tear apart inside because of guilt

Cloud Strife says, "What will I do when I can't hold you anymore Reno... Your pulse is slow.... you are cold....."

Cloud Strife begins walking

Cloud Strife says, "God do I wish I could teleport like Sephiroth...."

Cloud Strife heads up the coast to Costa.. assuming its still there

Reno still looks pale as they reach the town they live in

Cloud Strife walks into the town. must look imposing and ridiculous at the same time..... his eyes are glowing with insane anger... and the ultimat weapon is strapped to his back.... but he is cradling a man to his chest with extreme care

Cloud Strife says, "slow... cold... I need to speed you up a bit Reno... forgive me for this....."

Cloud Strife buys a Hyper and uses it on Reno

Cloud Strife looks at the man at the booth he just purchased the hyper from with a "This better work or you are dead" look

Reno is still out cold

Cloud Strife checks Reno's pulse

Reno gasps a little more, his heart now racing from where it was

Cloud Strife buys several other things..... still glaring at the man behind the counter

The Man says, "um, look, you don't have to threaten me ... I'll lower my prices if that's what you want"

Cloud Strife chuckles dryly. walks away from the booth still carrying Reno... and ponders if he helped his love at all or made it worse. walks into the small cottage he bought after killing Sephiroth. sets Reno on the bed, and pulls the armchair over so he can sit and watch him

Reno shifts a little in his sleep

Cloud Strife says, "It seems... a little while ago we were on opposite sides of this Reno... I was poisoned ... sorta.. and you were watching me........"

Reno says, "why am I in hell still? ...*is still asleep*"

Cloud Strife lies down beside Reno and wraps his arms around him

Cloud Strife says, "Perhaps because I make it hell wherever I go...."

Reno is a little warmer then he was

Cloud Strife smoothes Reno's hair and notes he lost his sunglasses again

Cloud Strife says, "I'll have to get you a new pair... you can wear them so people wont see your eyes aren't looking at them"

Reno breathes slowly

Cloud Strife says, "Look at what I've done to you... I'm nothing but a heartless bastard Reno..... I don't deserve your love. I wonder how long it will be before this place is destroyed....."

Cloud Strife sighs

Cloud Strife says, "I shouldn't have left you.....not that time in Cosmo..... nor that time I was angry.... I have to learn to control myself. When I get mad.... it overwhelms me... I go berserk... Perhaps... it's the only way I will be able to win..... It's how I killed Sephiroth.... because someone important had died.... But I don't want you to die Reno....."

Reno is still cold and pale, but not as much as he was

Reno says, "why can't I sleep ...."

Cloud Strife snuggles up against Reno

Cloud Strife says, "sleep if you want love... I can't hold you somewhere you don't want to be"

Reno is still fast asleep .. talking in his sleep

Cloud Strife dozes off.. but remains aware enough if anything happens with Reno
