Seifer has his blade out, pointing it at the two.

Seifer says, "We've been waiting."

Zack says, "I see that...."

Zack puts himself between the blade and Squall.

Seifer says, "move it now."

Zack moves in the direction Seifer indicates... followed by Squall.

Seifer moves them into the palace.

Rufus Shinra looks very angry as he sits on his thrown.

Squall sticks close to his father, worried for the both of them.

Seifer studies Squall.

Seifer says, "What... you gave birth???"

Squall nods weakly.

Seifer growls and grabs him.

Seifer says, "Where is my child?"

Squall says, "Safe."

Rufus Shinra raises his hand.

Rufus Shinra says, "bring Squall to me."

Seifer does as his father wants.

Rufus Shinra grabs Squall and sits him in his lap, looking deeply into his eyes.

Seifer looks to Zack and flicks back his hair.

Squall trembles, knowing what Rufus is capable of.

Rufus Shinra says, "Where is the child?"

Squall says, "Safe... "

Rufus Shinra takes him under the chin.

Rufus Shinra says, "I still have a use for you naughty one."

Seifer pokes at Zack.

Seifer says, "what about him?"

Rufus Shinra grins wickedly.

Zack growls.

Rufus Shinra says, "Let him watch."

Rufus Shinra moves his hand down and caresses Squall’s pouch.

Squall says, "don’t!"

Rufus Shinra rubs his hand over the sensitive spot.

Squall closes his eyes and shivers.

Rufus Shinra says, "Do you like that Squall?"

Zack says, "Rufus.... get your hands off of my Son..."

Seifer kicks Zack's leg.

Seifer says, "Shut up worthless lay about."

Zack growls and snaps his wings out... shifting into a battle stance.

Zack says, "I've had enough of you."

Seifer laughs.

Seifer says, "like you could do anything to me!"

Rufus Shinra says, "Do you remember being inside me Squall?"

Zack says, "You won’t be laughing when you’re in little bits on the floor."

Squall says, "No... I don't."

Rufus Shinra says, "well, I want you in me again.. But in a different way. Of course, if you don’t comply I’ll just have to be inside you."

Rufus Shinra floods him with pheromones.

Zack advances on Seifer...determined to take him out.

Seifer sweeps Zack's legs out from under him.

Squall shakes his head.

Squall says, "Stop... "

Rufus Shinra says, "no."

Rufus Shinra moves forward and kisses him deeply to seal his fate better.

Zack falls clumsily... his extra weight making it impossible to catch himself.

Seifer laughs and kicks the fallen Zack.

Zack becomes enraged with each kick... his normally docile personality being agitated too much.

Rufus Shinra moves his hands along Squall's body, stripping him of his clothing.

Zack says, "I’m going to kill you..."

Zack moves on all fours and leaps at Seifer.

Seifer says, "yeah right worthless!"

Squall whimpers softly.

Seifer smacks the side of Zack's head with his blade.

Rufus Shinra says, "you're mine right now Squall. Every part of you."

Rufus Shinra strips Squall and doses him with more pheromones.

Zack hisses in pain.. and attacks Seifer again.

Squall says, "I don’t... want..."

Rufus Shinra says, "yes you do."

Rufus Shinra bites his mouth softly, tossing his own clothing off.

Seifer punches at Zack's head.

Zack grabs for Seifer's face... using his old hand to hand training and going straight for his eyes.

Seifer yelps and kicks up at Zack's pouch, trying to toss him off.

Zack growls and holds fast... the pain hardly felt as it is channeled into his rage.

Seifer bites down on Zack's hand.

Rufus Shinra fondles Squall.

Zack howls and Jabs a thumb into Seifer's eye.

Seifer yelps and smashes his hand off to save his vision.

Zack snarls and claws at Seifer like a wild animal.

Seifer bites down hard on his wrist, drawing blood.

Rufus Shinra fondles Squall more and moves over top of him.

Zack Grabs Seifer's hair and wrenches his head back.

Seifer tears some of the flesh of Zack's wrist as he is yanked.

Zack tries to think of the best way to incapacitate Seifer.

Rufus Shinra presses his body to Squall's, enjoying this a great deal.

Squall says, "I want... my daddy... please stop....."

Rufus Shinra says, "no, I want you now."

Zack says, "Stand down.. Seifer.. or I'll tear your fucking throat out."

Seifer says, "You are the attacker."

Zack knocks Seifer over and stalks up to Rufus.

Seifer grabs Zack's leg and pulls him down.

Rufus Shinra presses himself into Squall after moving the blue wing's legs apart.

Zack says, "Get the fuck off of me."

Seifer says, "No way."

Seifer sits on Zack's legs.

Squall says, "Ohh.. it hurts.."

Zack says, "Damnit.. he's raping my kid... get off..."

Rufus Shinra says, "Shush up Squall."

Zack claws at the ground.. trying to get Seifer off.

Rufus Shinra thrusts into Squall... pressing his fingers into Squall's arms.

Zack says, "Squall...."

Squall moans softly... pained from the rough treatment.

Rufus Shinra continues to thrust, growling in pleasure.

Zack says, "You’re.. hurting my baby... why?"

Rufus Shinra laughs.

Rufus Shinra says, "because I enjoy it... haven’t you figured that out yet?"

Zack says, "Stop it please.... what’s happened to you?"

Rufus Shinra continues to thrust, but turns his head to look at Zack.

Rufus Shinra says, "What do you mean?"

Zack says, "You used to love me... Now all you do is hurt me."

Zack wraps his tail around Seifer's neck.

Rufus Shinra feels and extra rush and thrusts harder for a moment... building towards climax.

Seifer growls and pulls his hands around the tail.

Zack coils his tail tight.... not about to let go.

Rufus Shinra closes his eye and lets out a pleasure growl as he releases into Squall.

Squall whimpers and shudders.

Rufus Shinra pulls himself out of Squall and stands up.

Rufus Shinra says, "let go of him."

Zack says, "No..."

Seifer kicks at Zack, unable to breathe.

Zack says, "I’m going to kill the bastard."

Rufus Shinra growls and kicks right at Zack's pouch.

Zack cries out and releases his tail.

Seifer crawls away from Zack, breathing heavily.

Rufus Shinra streaks his hand out and clutches Zack's throat.

Zack gags.

Rufus Shinra tosses Zack hard into a wall.

Zack slides down the wall and drops to his knees.

Rufus Shinra says, "Why did you try to kill my son?"

Seifer growls at Zack as he looks at Squall.

Zack says, "You were hurting my child. Don’t touch my child... he's not yours."

Zack staggers to his feet.

Rufus Shinra says, "he is mine now..."

Zack says, "No he isn’t."

Seifer sighs cause he thinks Squall is his and doesn't like his mate being taken by his father.

Zack says, "He's my baby... the last one I could ever have... and I wont let you hurt him anymore."

Rufus Shinra goes to Zack and puts his foot on his pouch.

Rufus Shinra says, "You can't stop me Zack."

Zack says, "I can.. try."

Seifer goes over to Squall and pokes him.

Rufus Shinra says, "try? Try what?"

Squall whimpers and balls up.

Zack says, "To stop you. You hurt him... "

Rufus Shinra says, "Heh... he will learn to like it."

Zack says, "I’m going to rip your wings off."

Rufus Shinra says, "what?"

Seifer puts Squall in his lap, wondering why his dad would take his mate away.

Zack says, "I promised my eternal devotion to my mate.... Rufus... not you Demon..."

Rufus Shinra laughs.

Squall trembles and snuggle against Seifer... half out of it and seeking warmth and comfort.

Rufus Shinra says, "What did you just call me?"

Seifer watches this all and frowns, stroking Squall's hair.

Zack says, "A Demon."

Seifer says, "demon?"

Rufus Shinra says, "Why the fuck did you call me that?"

Zack advances on Rufus menacingly.

Zack says, "I let you use me... but I wont let you use my son. He's the only thing left that cares about me..."

Rufus Shinra takes his foot down off him and glares at him with his only eye.

Seifer looks at Squall.

Seifer says, "What is your father talking about?"

Squall says, "don’t know."

Zack bares his fangs and growls.

Rufus Shinra laughs.

Rufus Shinra says, "You dare to defy me?"

Zack says, "I dare."

Rufus Shinra says, "You'll die!"

Zack says, "To defend my child..."

Seifer frowns again and pulls Squall a little closer to comfort him.

Zack says, "I stood by your side.... all these years."

Rufus Shinra says, "and now this Zack?"

Zack says, "You treated me like dirt.... but I still hoped.... now you defile my child and I realize... you aren’t the man I made my promise too."

Rufus Shinra says, "then who am I if not that?"

Zack says, "A monster."

Rufus Shinra says, "not very descriptive."

Seifer mutters under his breathe.

Seifer says, "tyrant."

Zack says, "Cloud did teach Seifer an appropriate word to call you."

Rufus Shinra says, "really?"

Zack says, "Tyrant."

Rufus Shinra says, "You still never explained the demon thing."

Rufus Shinra kicks Zack in the side and watches him sprawl on the floor.

Zack says, "Does it matter."

Zack groans and balls up.

Rufus Shinra says, "yes it does."

Rufus Shinra goes to him and places a foot to his chest as he gazes down at him.

Squall sniffles.

Rufus Shinra says, "perhaps I should kill your son and make you watch... feed his blood to you before I let you join him."

Squall says, "Daddy..."

Seifer does not like what his father just said and clutches Squall tighter.

Zack says, "Don’t touch my Son..."

Rufus Shinra laughs.

Rufus Shinra says, "I should... see how much pain that would give you."

Zack places his hands on Rufus' foot and tries to heft him off.

Rufus Shinra keeps his foot steady.

Rufus Shinra says, "and you are so weak you can't lift me!"

Seifer strokes his fingers through Squall's hair and decides to slip out with him before his father sees. Picks Squall up and carries him to their room.

Zack closes his eyes,

Rufus Shinra bends down to Zack.

Rufus Shinra says, "How would you like to see your son killed and you made to feed of his blood?"

Zack remains silent... not even going to dignify that with an answer.

Rufus Shinra takes his foot of Zack's chest and pulls him up by the throat.

Seifer says, "Squall?"

Squall says, "He's going to kill my daddy..."

Seifer sniffles.

Zack opens his eyes again.

Seifer says, "and maybe you too."

Squall says, "Then I’ll get to be with both of my parents... it wouldn’t be bad..."

Seifer frowns.

Seifer says, "I'd be lonely! And what about our child?"

Squall says, "You don’t care about me. My child is safe... "

Rufus Shinra notes that Squall and Seifer are gone.

Zack doesn’t bother to struggle... just waits.

Rufus Shinra growls and clutches Zack's neck, not even looking at him.

Zack gags a little... finding himself blacking out. Squirms.

Seifer hears his father yelling and wants to flea.

Seifer says, "damn it... he's gonna kill me too."

Seifer paces franticly.

Rufus Shinra loosens his grip on Zack as he starts to move across his thrown room.

Zack drops to the floor... unconscious and breathing shallowly.

Rufus Shinra notices he has dropped Zack and kicks him sharply.

Rufus Shinra says, "Wake up."

Zack groans.

Seifer continues to pace.

Seifer says, "What did he mean by demon??"

Squall says, "I don’t know."

Seifer says, "you must know! He’s your dad!"

Squall says, "I don’t... I’m sorry..."

Rufus Shinra kicks Zack again.

Zack opens his eyes blearily.

Rufus Shinra says, "Get the fuck up."

Zack says, "I cant... I’m hurt."

Rufus Shinra leans down over him and growls.

Zack snakes his tail up and wraps it around Rufus' neck.

Rufus Shinra growls as his air is cut off. Raps one hand around the tail at his neck and grabs Zack's wing with the other.

Seifer says, "not at all?"

Zack says, "Remember... how we used to lie in the sun and bask... and you'd stroke my wings... and we were happy..."

Squall says, "no...."

Squall pulls his wings around himself.

Rufus Shinra growls trying to break free of the choke hold.

Zack says, "You cried... when I was gone... Hana told me."

Seifer frowns and sits back down, looking at the floor.

Zack says, "I was so happy when I finally got to come home.... and see you again... you did a good job raising her... to a point. Now my little Hana... she hates me... and you don’t seem to care either..."

Rufus Shinra tries to breath but can't... his eye narrowed at Zack.

Zack says, "I lived my life... dedicated to you... "

Rufus Shinra rips at Zack's wing.

Zack says, "Remember... all those times we used to sneak off..."

Zack grimaces.

Zack says, "We learned to fly together. The beach... purring in each other's arms... gods... I miss you..."

Rufus Shinra's teeth clench as he sinks besides Zack... still trying to break free of the tail.

Zack looses his tail just a tad.

Rufus Shinra sucks in a painful breath, moving a finger up under the tail to keep it loose.

Zack says, "The day we met...."

Zack sighs softly.

Seifer says, "I think dad finally flipped."

Zack says, "two boys... who suddenly found they had wings..."

Rufus Shinra tries to squirm away from Zack, loosing the tail around his neck.

Zack says, "No Rufus.... this has to end here..."

Zack tightens his tail again.

Zack says, "I just want you to remember. How about the day Hana was born?"

Rufus Shinra clenches his eye shut, no longer able to breath as his own finger clenches the pipe way closed.

Zack says, "do you even care... probably not. This hurts... you bear the face of the man I loved..."

Rufus Shinra feels everything grow hazy... still able to hear Zack's words though.

Zack says, "I won’t be long after you Rufus. I don’t expect to be able to hold my head up much longer... "

Rufus Shinra continues to struggle against the tail around his neck.

Zack says, "Funny... my tail... I used to tickle you with it. Now... I’m strangling you. I wish there was some way to bring my Rufus back"

Rufus Shinra starts to feel his body relax as his muscles stop getting oxygen and no longer want to work with him.

Zack says, "Remember... do you remember the good things? Like the time we rented that cabin... and decided we were mates? Or how we helped each other through those times... when we lost our child..."

Rufus Shinra twitches a little... trying to get his body to respond... and forces his eye back open to look at Zack.

Zack says, "I wish I had known what changed you... so I could have helped you... "

Zack looks at Rufus... the pain from having to do this evident in his eyes.

Rufus Shinra's eye registers rage even as he twitches again.

Zack says, "I cant ever see my Rufus again.... he's gone... isn’t he? The gentle one... who held me at night. The one who kissed away my tears...."

Zack sighs softly.

Rufus Shinra's face contorts in pain and rage.

Zack says, "goodnight Rufus..."

Zack reaches his hand up and gently strokes his fingers through Rufus' hair... mumbling one of Hana's lullabies.

Rufus Shinra goes completely limp against Zack.

Zack sighs and remains holding Rufus for a long time... unable to cry for him.

Rufus Shinra doesn't move, just lies there with Zack's tail around his neck.

Zack slides out from under Rufus... loosing his tail and sitting up weakly.

Zack says, "What do I do now beloved? You’ve been dead a long time but only now do I realize it. You were dead for.... 18 years... I think"

Seifer lies out on his bed.

Squall sniffles in a corner.

Seifer says, "Squall?"

Squall gets up and goes over to Seifer... attempting to curl up on his chest.

Seifer pats Squall's side, letting him curl up.

Squall says, "What do you think has happened?"

Seifer says, "I was about to ask you. I don't hear daddy shouting..."

Squall says, "You think he killed my dad?"

Seifer says, "he still should be shouting..."

Squall says, "Maybe he's out hunting for my baby... because my dad told him where it was."

Rufus Shinra is completely limp against Zack.. his single eye fixed in blind rage.

Seifer is lying on his bed, feeling the painful swelling of his pouch as he strokes Squall's hair.

Zack picks Rufus up and carries him to his room... laying him out on his bed.

Rufus Shinra is still staring blindly, his eye fixed in rage.

Seifer says, "I want our child... I hurt... I need to nurse it."

Zack pulls a blanket over Rufus and sighs.

Squall says, "I... don’t trust you."

Seifer sniffles.

Seifer says, "I hurt... I need to nurse..."

Squall says, "Aeris... has the child."

Seifer says, "I have to talk to Aeris to see our child?"

Squall says, "Yes."

Seifer says, "oh. I'll have to go see her then."

Seifer frowns and strokes Squall's hair more.

Squall says, "I'll go with you then..."

Rufus Shinra finally resumes breathing... but still does not move or blink... his cells still trying to repair damage.

Seifer says, "you will?"

Squall says, "Yes... I want to see my child as well."

Seifer says, "I want to nurse it... I want too!"

Squall says, "You’re not gonna hurt it?"

Seifer says, "no way, why would I hurt my own child?"

Zack shifts uneasily... knowing Rufus is coming to.

Zack says, "I have to kill you... but... "

Rufus Shinra is just breathing... still not moving or awake.

Seifer strokes Squall's hair softly.

Zack moves his hand slowly in front of Rufus' eye.

Rufus Shinra doesn't respond at all to the hand.

Squall says, "I hurt inside...."

Seifer says, "my pouch hurts... so sore..."

Zack says, "I wanted to talk to you..."

Squall says, "lets go."

Seifer stands up slowly, moving Squall just a little but keeping an arm around him.

Rufus Shinra's chest rises and falls rhythmically.

Squall says, "Just don’t hurt my baby... or Aeris... or Elena... or Cloud... or me..."

Seifer says, "Our baby... I'm not going to hurt them... I want to nurse..."

Zack says, "I have to kill you... but I cant.... "

Zack goes and fishes around through Rufus' things.

Seifer kisses Squall's cheek.

Seifer says, "I'm ready."

Squall says, "Okay... Aeris' garden."

Zack draws out a wickedly serrated knife... and looks at it.

Seifer heads out, doing anything to avoid his father at this point.

Seifer says, "I can't believe my dad would want to kill you."

Zack says, "You’re... not the man I used to curl up with at night... "

Seifer says, "I will not let him."

Squall says, "Why are you so caring all of a sudden?"

Seifer says, "I don't know. I just can't bare the thought of you dead."

Squall says, "You’ve tried to kill me before."

Seifer says, "Have I?"

Zack walks over to Rufus.

Squall says, "You hurt me real bad... a few times."

Rufus Shinra still hasn't woken up, his single eye staring blindly in rage.

Seifer says, "oh... but I didn't actually intend to try and kill you."

Zack says, "I’m sorry beloved.... you have to go."

Seifer fingers his pouch cause it's so sore.

Zack says, "I'll be there in time... I'll spend eternity in whatever hell you’re in.... I just want to see my children... or child... happy..."

Zack raises the knife... and plunges it into Rufus' heart.

Rufus Shinra's chest squirts blood all over. His eye still open.

Zack slashes Repeatedly... to make sure he gets the job done.

Rufus Shinra bleeds all over the bed and onto Zack's hands.

Zack says, "Now you lie dead... in the room where you killed so many innocents."

Seifer heads out in the direction of the garden, glad to leave the palace behind.

Squall looks around.

Seifer says, "We almost there Squall?"

Zack sets fire to Rufus' bed.... then pads out of the room.... not caring to remain in his lover’s funeral Pyre.

Squall says, "Almost... you can smell the growing things."

Rufus Shinra's body goes up in flames.

Seifer says, "What does our child look like?"

Zack sets the rest of the palace on Fire... moving from room to room.

Squall says, "Little... and squirmy."

Seifer chuckles.

Seifer says, "hungry I'd bet."

Squall says, "Aeris is feeding it nectar."

Seifer sniffs the air.

Seifer says, "Do you smell smoke?"

Seifer looks behind him and notes that the palace is on fire.

Hana wakes up and panics.

Seifer says, "Squall... look!"

Hana says, "Smoke... fire?!?"

Elena looks out from the garden and notes that the palace is in flames, and smiles slightly.

Squall says, "What’s happening?"

Seifer says, "The palace is on fire!"

Zack goes into Hana's room and looks at her.

Zack says, "Come... if you want to live... and be forgiven... follow me."

Seifer continues to head to the garden.

Hana blinks stupidly.

Hana says, "Where’s my dad?"

Seifer says, "We're here."

Seifer goes inside.

Elena raises her eyebrows and backs up as she sees Seifer and Squall.

Zack says, "In hell..."

Seifer says, "Where is our child?"

Zack grabs Hana and throws her over his shoulder... prepared to give her a second chance.

Seifer looks to Squall, rather ignoring Elena for the moment.

Zack heads for Aeris' garden... the palace behind him in flames.

Elena says, "What happened to the palace?"

Squall says, "Don’t know, Where’s my baby?"

Seifer says, "We got out of there, my dad wanted to kill Squall!"

Seifer hugs Squall protectively.

Hana doesn’t protest... since she is being saved from the fire anyway.

Elena blinks.

Elena says, "um, over there."

Elena points the carrier.

Squall goes over to the carrier and picks it up.

Seifer goes over with Squall and looks at the child inside.

Elena sits down and watches the two.

Elena says, "Where's Zack?"

Seifer says, "I want to nurse the child... please... my pouch is so sore."

Squall says, "Go ahead Seifer... "

Seifer picks the child up and looks to Squall.

Seifer says, "Um, need help here."

Squall gently helps Seifer open his pouch.

Seifer says, "Eee.... that hurts."

Squall says, "I don’t know where Zack is... he was in the palace... maybe... he got killed..."

Seifer moves the child down so it can get into his pouch so it can feed.

Elena sits down.

Elena says, "I'm going to need help here..."

Elena rubs her pouch, wincing a bit.

Squall says, "You’re?"

Elena nods.

Squall says, "I have no idea what to do..."

Seifer lies down among the flowers, feeling very sleepy.

Elena says, "Um, neither do I! I watched you give birth and stuff... but can't do that for myself."

Zack pads into the garden and dumps Hana on the ground.

Elena says, "Zack! Hey... you brought Hana..."

Elena lies down on her back.

Elena says, "what timing..."

Seifer falls asleep among the flowers due to the nursing infant.

Hana sits up and dusts herself off.

Hana says, "What did you do to my father? "

Elena says, "Squall, Zack, can you help me please?"

Seifer says, "zzzzzz."

Zack kneels beside Elena.

Zack says, " I hate doing this... the last person I did this to died."

Elena says, "Oh, Reno?"

Elena takes Zack's hand.

Elena says, "but you did this for me, didn't you?"

Zack says, "Yes."

Elena says, "I trust you then."

Zack slips his hands into Elena's pouch.

Elena grits her teeth.

Squall sits beside Seifer and watches the infant squirm in his pouch.

Seifer says, "zzzzzz."

Hana says, "My pouch hurts..."

Elena says, "of course it does dummy, I'm giving birth!"

Elena groans a little.

Zack says, "It'll be over quick."

Zack pulls on the infant gently.

Elena closes her eyes.

Seifer says, "zzzzzz."

Elena says, "It hurts..."

Elena feels the infant squirming.

Zack says, "shh shh."

Elena raps her tail around something.

Hana flicks her tail.

Hana says, "Isn’t that my job?"

Squall says, "He's acting different."

Seifer shifts a little to get more comfy with the infant in his pouch.

Elena says, "do... you... see...it?"

Zack pulls a little more.

Zack says, "Almost... "

Elena grits her teeth.

Elena says, "good."

Zack continues to pull... hearing a squishing sound as he begins to remove the infant.

Elena moans a little in pain.

Seifer wakes up, opening his eyes and looking up at the flowers.

Hana wanders off into the garden... upset by the fact she can’t birth her own child.

Squall looks at Seifer.

Seifer looks over at Squall.

Seifer says, "I'm so tired...."

Squall says, "Then sleep."

Seifer says, "I just woke up... the nursing makes me drowsy."

Seifer yawns.

Squall says, "You want to lean on me?"

Seifer says, "I'm laying down... what's going on around here?"

Squall says, "What do you mean?"

Seifer sits up slowly.

Seifer says, "Zack?"

Zack pulls the crying infant out of Elena's pouch.

Elena sighs and manages to relax.

Elena says, "Can I hold it?"

Zack says, "Sure."

Zack hands the crying infant to Elena.

Elena smiles and looks at the cord.

Elena says, "I'll have to bight this."

Elena bights the cord and ties it off.

Elena says, "Thanks Zack."

Seifer says, "What happened to... Dad?"

Zack says, "I killed him."

Seifer says, "You did?"

Seifer blinks at Zack, then looks to Squall.

Zack says, "yes."

Seifer says, "He wanted to kill my Squally..."

Seifer pulls Squall down gently and cuddles carefully against him.

Elena rocks her crying infant.

Elena says, "did I cry this much?"

Squall blinks.

Zack says, "Yes... you were hungry"

Elena says, "My child is hungry... we need that carrier over there."

Zack gets the carrier for Elena.

Elena says, "Thank you Zack."

Seifer says, "so, dad's dead... now what?"

Zack says, "You all start a new family."

Seifer says, "I can deal with that."

Elena puts the child in the carrier so it can feed.

Squall says, "A new life... a new family... we gotta fix what he did."

Seifer says, "Dad did a whole lot."

Seifer nuzzles at Squall's neck.

Squall looks at Seifer... confused.

Seifer says, "What's wrong Squall?"

Elena smiles.

Elena says, "hey Zack, now you have two grandkids."

Seifer says, "Yeah, he does."

Seifer chuckles.

Zack says, "yeah... two grandkids."

Elena says, "Hmm, should we make him baby-sit?"

Elena looks over at Squall with a grin.

Seifer chuckles and leans his head on Squall's shoulder.

Zack says, "..."

Elena says, "You ok Zack?"

Zack says, "yea... I guess."

Seifer says, "We threatened to leave him with the kids... heh."

Elena gets up and walks over to Zack.

Elena says, "What made you change your mind?"

Zack says, "He was hurting my baby."

Elena says, "Squall? What did he do?"

Seifer frowns.

Seifer says, "Dad said he was going to kill Squall."

Seifer sniffles and moves onto Squall's lap.

Squall hangs his head.

Squall says, "I don’t want to talk about it."

Seifer says, "He was going to take you away from me... one way or another."

Seifer sniffles and leans his head on Squall's chest, locking his arms around his neck.

Elena says, "Zack, why did it take you so long to come to terms with this?"

Zack says, "Don’t ask."

Elena says, "How did you kill him then? I want to be sure he's dead."

Zack says, "Slash and burn."

Elena says, "Damn, how did you manage that?"

Zack says, "Just leave me alone...."

Elena sighs.

Elena says, "I'm sorry for upsetting you."

Seifer has fallen asleep on Squall's lap, purring softly.

Squall says, "What is Seifer's problem?"

Elena says, "Problem?"

Squall says, "He's being real nice."

Elena says, "Nice? Seifer? Wow."

Hana sniffles in a corner of the garden.

Elena hears Hana but doesn't care.

Hana says, "Daddy... they killed my father.... "

Seifer says, "zzzzzzzz."

Squall shrugs and strokes his fingers through Seifer's hair.

Seifer purrs louder.

Elena watches Squall and Seifer and sighs.

Zack wanders over to a patch of sunlight and stretches out in it.

Elena says, "I'd worry about Hana getting her hands on my child now."

Elena holds the carrier.

Zack unfolds his wings and lets the sun warm them up.

Seifer says, "zzzzzzzz Squall zzzzzzzz."

Elena lies down and looks up at the sun, still smelling the smoke of the burning palace.

Seifer snuggles against Squall's warmth as the child nurses in his pouch.

Seifer says, "zzzzzzzz"

Elena falls asleep in the sun with the carrier.
