Many national and international airlines go to Logan Airport. Once you get to Logan, there are many ways to get to the Back Bay Hilton from the airport. Note that the Hilton does not offer shuttle service from the airport.

Directions and map from the Hilton.

From Logan Using the T – The MBTA

Once you’ve gotten your luggage, catch a free Massport shuttle bus (“MBTA Blue Line”) to the MBTA Airport Station. It costs about $2.75 to buy a fare. Then take the Blue Line (Bowdoin) to downtown, change trains at State Street (3 stops) and board the Orange Line (Forest Hills). Exit at Back Bay Station. Head west on Dartmouth St, turn left at Stuart St to Huntington Ave, follow Huntington Ave to Belvidere St and turn right, hotel will be 1 block down on the right side of the street.

Note: The Orange Line Back Bay MBTA stop is not a bad walk and you can take an inside route (walking through Copley Place Mall, the walkway over Huntington to Prudential Center, and across Prudential Center to the Sheraton, then down to the Sheraton lobby, crossing Dalton St. and you’re at the Back Bay Hilton). However, there are at least two areas under construction that can make this walk very difficult if you have mobility issues or need a mobie. You might prefer to take a cab or the Logan Express.

From Logan Using Logan Express Busses

The Logan Express offers service from any Logan terminal to the Hynes Convention Center on Boylston St., about 2 blocks from the Hilton. Logan Express costs $7.50 to the Back Bay stop and they only take credit cards.

Logan Express goes from Logan to the Back Bay from 6am until 10pm. Logan Express to Logan from the Back Bay run from 5am until 10pm.

You can pick up a Logan Express-Back Bay at any airport terminal. The Logan Express will only stop at Boylston St., corner of Gloucester St., in front of the Hynes Convention Center. When you exit the bus, ask the driver to point the right direction to Dalton St. and the Back Bay Hilton (it will probably be behind you). Take a left on Dalton St. and the Back Bay Hilton is on your right in about a block.

If it’s raining, walk to the entrance of the Prudential Center (on your right), take the escalator up one level, walk down the mall, past Eataly, take the next right to the Sheraton, walk down the hall in the Sheraton past the Business Center until you reach down escalators, go down into the lobby, go right and cross Dalton St. to reach the Back Bay Hilton.

There the Logan Express busses from Logan to the Back Bay are mobie and wheelchair accessible. Thanks to Katie Hatcher for clarifying this with Logan Express.
