Brenda and Laurie's Trip to Manhattan: Brenda Clough Reads at the KGB

Brenda Clough Reads at the KGB

The KBG is an old bar that apparently started life as a speak-easy. It is on the second floor is fairly small. It's very dark with bright red walls and long aged curtains.

Brenda read a humorous mystery about intelligent plants that have been enchanted to clone various substances and how they "escape."

After Brenda, Harvey Jacobs read a humorous SF piece about a man's obsession for synchronous swimming.

Once the readings were over, Ellen Datlow led us to an Eastern European restaurant where most of us had potato pancakes.
