Philadelphia is serviced by Philadelphia International Airport; airlines that fly to Philly include USAir, Southwest, Delta, United/Continental, British Airways.
Philadelphia's 30th Street Station has Amtrak national rail service for the Northeastern U.S.: from Washington, Trenton, New York through to Boston.
Rail service for NJ and PA residents is provided by NJ Transit and SEPTA commuter rail lines, and the Lindenwold High Speed line. There is also train service to Harrisburg, PA and Atlantic City, NJ.
Megabus has routes from all over the Northeast and eastern Canada and stops at the 30th Street Station. Greyhound uses the official bus terminal on Arch St. And there are buses between the Chinatowns in some northeastern US cities.
You can get to Philadelphia from the Pennsylvania Turnpike and 95. Once you're in the Philadelphia area, follow signs to Downtown Philadelphia, and look for signs to Columbus Avenue or Penn's Landing.
If you're leaving Sunday afternoon, there will not be a home Philadelphia Eagles game to delay you. The Eagles are playing in Texas Sunday evening.
According to TaxiFareFinder.com, it costs about $32 to take a taxi from the Philadelphia Airport to the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing, and about $14 to take a taxi from the 30th St. Train Station to the hotel.

If you're coming in to Philadelphia from the airport, take the Lady Liberty shuttle to the hotel ($10/person). The vans go into Center City about every 10-15 minutes from 5:30am until midnight. Pick up your luggage, then register at the Lady Liberty booth in the Ground Transit area.
